Big Cats - A Jaguar, a Cheetah or a Leopard !!

Most people like cats... but not ME.   I prefer BIG CATS.

As I know, all of you will know these answers....

LEOPARD

1. Who is the King of the Jungle ?     nah...Lion lah (so easy to recognise - manes)

2. What about tiger, Mama ?    you can always tell a tiger by its stripes

3. Mama....mama, what about these..... is this a Jaguar, a Cheetah or a Leopard ?  Err..err..Papa...any idea ?  I'm sure you got caught by this question !

Cheetah has a small head and a long "tear-streak" lines that runs from the corners of its eyes to its mouth (distinguish feature).

You're OUT !!  Diego Maradona was removed as coach of Argentina national team on Tuesday (27 July) - The Star Newspaper.

Confirm you all know who the hell is Diego Maradona....the famous HAND OF GOD however his title is taken by Luis Suarez recently.  That was the glory that highlighted him for years.

He was indeed a very famous footballer that even after his retirement, he was not sparred....

He was given a very rare chance in November 2008, whereby, he was installed as the head coach of Argentina national team....which means, he will be in charged of the Argentina team during the 2010 Fifa World Cup.

During the recent World Cup 2010, he has been star of the show, on and off the pitch.   The most disappointing moment was when his beloved team lost 0-4 to the young Germans, even with his hugs and kisses to all his players.

Is he a GAY ?  It is natural for a woman to hold hands or kiss each other, but for a man of his age and the correct timing, better not.....

A reporter posed a question to Maradona asking him if he’s gay; with a shocked raised eyebrow, he reacted :

Since he still loves woman, I think he would prefer his team consist of these players in future.......

I wonder how the hell this motorcyclist can bang the car !  Thank God nothing is wrong with him, able to walk without even limping or in pain.   I wonder what could have happened to him if his head hit the telephone pole. 

That's him... the man with the helmet; standing waiting for "help" from other people.  You got what i mean....

He argued that our car was reversing out from the shop.... but actually the car was turning in; and even if the car is reversing, the way he bangs the car tells it all.   You can see the main road and the side road.... don't tell me the motorcyclist ride on the grass all the way to the town..... Then came a "XXX BABI" helping the one involved...telling him that... "Dia Salah..pergi buat REPORT".  What the hell are you talking.. policemen came but useless.  They are LOW STANDARD and just want to hear passerby's comment without even asking who is involved in the accident.  They...as usual side their OWN PEOPLE.  Com'on lah... what is Najib's 1Malaysia about ?  RACIST !!!

So.... beware of Muar Police (Polis Bantuan)!  I quickly went in to take a camera, and there goes the "XXX BABI" who help the one involved..walking off.  HAHAHA !! Camera SHY.... no BALLS !

Only when the real traffic police arrived, everything is more peaceful.  So if anything happen next time, jot down all the policeman number, record their way of talking, their attitude and if anything REPORT to their HIGHER AUTHORITY.

Now.... who is RIGHT and who is WRONG ! You be the judge by looking at the photos.... comments please.

Otak-Otak Muar - It's Simply Delicious !

Otak-otak is a fish cake made of mackerel fish meat (ikan tenggiri), but nowadays, they include prawn meat, cuttlefish and even chicken. To eat the best otak-otak, you should go to a small town called Muar, or known as Muarpo (in Hokkein).

People from various states and mostly Singaporeans visits Muar mostly for its food and also the surrounding temples.  They often buy the famous otak-otak in bulk which can heated up by using microwave of just grill it on slow fire with your kitchen stove. 

Otak-otak is actually made of fish paste with some mixture of spices like chilly, garlic, turmeric, lemon grass and coconut milk.  The mixture is then wrapped in a type of leaf...excuse me... NOT banana leaf (in my opinion)... then grilled or steamed.

Originally, the two leaves are places intact with a piece of small stick/toothpicks, but nowadays, they used staplers to staple together, which saves time and cost.  For Muar, there are two choices, we can buy either in sticks or in a packaging form. 

I remember the price of otak-otak when i am in the primary was RM 0.20 per stick.  Now, the price is somewhere about RM 0.50 or RM 0.60 per stick.

Happy birthday, Ronnie !  Hey, that's me.  Gheez, getting older each year. 

Tried a new type of cake flavour from Secret Recipe - the Pecan Butterscotch.

An ideal cake with no big secret, just a blend of delightful homemade goodness of butterscotch with caramelized pecan and generous white chocolate toppings.

Received cup cakes from William.... cute cup cakes from Cupcake Chic.

Celebrated my birthday at Classic Hotel, since it have been quite some time since we last ate at the Teppanyaki Steam Boat.  Usually we are the only one in the restaurant, but today, we got company; poor kid, he got scalded by the sprinkling oil from the teppanyaki.

Hong Kong ranked 24 in the list of suicide rates by country in which the data was taken from the World Health Organization.  Attached is a live news whereby a suicide attempt by one depressed man who was desperate due to the current economic situation.... very sad indeed !

Unwanted Visitors - July

Just about 10 days ago, during the World Cup Quarter-Finals match (Spain versus Paraguay), I encountered a very shocking unwanted visitor.   It was 2.30 am in the morning of 3 July, where I woke up to watch the match between Spain and Paraguay.  I switched off my house alarm to avoid the PIR being detected.

As our Malaysian TV1 did not broadcast it live, I was forced to watch it through my internet.  The line was lagging, thus I fell asleep for about 20 minutes before my wife woke me up to call me go to bed to sleep which was about 2.50 am.  Then, my dogs and neighbour's dogs started to bark.  I went to look at my side window, but it was too dark outside..so I go to my parents' room to look outside, especially at the road juncton (to my right) as there is a street lamp there.

To my shocking, my house motion sport light was lighted up right in front of my garage.  Swiftly I look to my left and saw two guys (Indonesian/Malay) was walking at my car porch.  If not mistaken, they climbed in by my brick fence.  I shouted hysterically and my wife, childrens all woke.  Set my house alarm to ring, my three car alarms to sound, however SAD to say, NONE of my neighbours take the initiative to switch on more lights, some even off their lights.... which is a very very bad example of good neighbourhood.

And yesterday (July 12), at about 7.45 pm, another unwanted visitor came; and now right inside my hall.  This unwanted visitor just stay still when we came inside.....  without hesistation, I took my car lock and beat it to death......  no police report were made, the body were thrown inside the drain to cover up.    Shhh.... don't tell the police ya !

Fun Fair at Tanjung Agas, Muar - 10 July 2010

Fun fair is here again.  Looks more organized this time, with better ticketing slip.
Since this is the first Saturday since the fun fair is opened, the is quite a crowd there.  A slight power disruption which lasted about 5 minutes happened.  Please park your car properly and not on the double line area because there is police issuing summons.

Ryan did not sit any of the merry go round, or bumper car.  He preferred to play duck catching and ping pong ball rolling.  Vyan however loves to play the merry go round.  What her brother plays, she will say...Vyan leh !!
