Malacca Shopping Spree - 28 November

Went to Malacca this morning for shopping since did not go there for quite some time already. Vyan woke up coughing at around 7.30 am thus disturbed Ryan.  My GOD !!..the shopping center only opens at 10.30 am...we are early.

First destination - Dataran Pahlawan

Reached there at about 10.15 am, headed for our breakfast at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng.  Disappointed with their service since only two tables occupied and food served so late.  Even drinks did not serve first and their own waitresses were eating their breakfast also made from their own cook.  

After breakfast we crossed over to Mahkota Parade.  Christmas Decors are up at Dataran Pahlawan.  The reindeers looks familiar... i think similar to those from ICQ game. 

Second destination - Mahkota Parade

The frontage of Mahkota Parade is under renovation.  Wondering what are they building this time.  Are they enlarging the shopping center ?  My suggestion would be, PLEASE BUILD AN UNDERGROUND TUNNEL to link MAHKOTA PARADE and DATARAN PAHLAWAN.  Do you know it is damn hard for parents with toddler / baby, pushing the stroller across the bumpy pavement, up and down the pavement, towards a hump... a totally NOT USER FRIENDLY environment.

Here at Parkson, Chee Ching got her stuff, Biotherm body and face skin care ; while I got my normal working T-Shirt... DUA TAPAK KAKI (Hang Ten) since new colour available, a purple and also a turquoise. 

Ate our lunch at Sushi King and bought the member-ship for next year.  Ryan loves the Japanese rice, finishing 3 plates of sushi (blue plate- 6 pcs sushi per plate), and Vyan admiring her brother taking the sushi plates from the conveyor.

Went back to Dataran Pahlawan - Carrefour.  My goodness, Carrefour is shrinking, previously got two levels, on level 2 (electronics / homewares) and level 3 (groceries / toys) ; and now what is available is only level 3. 

Last destination - Tesco Hypermarket

Tesco is always full of shoppers.  Parking is full but  lucky for us, we found a parking at the family parking area.  Since this is our last destination, we need to get foodstuff, and also to buy Vyan's birthday present.

Wanted to have our dinner at Esquire Kitchen @ Tesco, but seems to be gone too.  What is happening now ?... Carrefour shrinking, Esquire Kitchen missing.  Ended up at Kenny Rogers, NONE of the food suits our two precious, so they only shared one piece of muffin.

Back at Home

We bought Vyan's birthday present....  a supermarket cash register from Tesco.

The toy is indeed very detail; with moveable belt, credit card swapper,    scanner machine, weighing machine, money drawer, real calculator and a microphone.  Wondering what is the microphone for !

Ryan got what he wants.....ULTRAMAN !  The Ultraman Monster collection (Black Monster) is additional to his 5 monster friends.

The Tigadark from Ultra Hero Series Number 30 is also one the ultraman that he was finding for.  Now, his aim is to find and buy Father of Ultra and also Mother of Ultra.  Any one of you able to find them ?

Do you know that there are lots of Ultraman..not only the ones that we saw last time.   From what I know, there are more than thirty five heroes from Ultraman to Ultraman Mebius.
